A lawyer,Adv.M S Vineeth from Kozhikode District in Kerala filed a petition in the Kerala HighCourt regarding the use of Homeopathic medicines to treat the Corona Virus affected patients.The petitioner said to the High Court that the use of Ayurveda for the patients of Covid 19 has already been approved, but there was no such measures regarding the use of Homeopathy.As a response to this, division bench consisting of Justice AK Jayasankaran Nambiar and Shaji P Chali of Kerala High Court on Sunday asked the State Government to submit the response regarding this.The court asked the State Government about any official order which prevents the homeopathic doctors from treating the Covid 19 patients.The government lawyer,Adv P Narayanan asked for some time to collect the details from the Government.The Court will consider this matter on April 17 again.
