Nusrat Jahan reflects lawful activity against video visit application utilizing her photograph

Trinamool Congress MP Nusrat Jahan Ruhi has recorded a protest with the digital cell of Kolkata Police looking for activity against a video talk application that has utilized her photo without her assent in an ad obviously accessible on Facebook.

The slogan of the ad for FancyU, a video dating application, highlighting a photograph of Nusrat Jahan is, “Sit at home and make new companions during the lockdown”.

The MP from West Bengal’s Basirhat has shared a screen capture of the promotion and her protest letter.

In the advertisement, there is a photo of the entertainer turned-government official, with the subtitle, “Discover more about her”, composed on it. Her name isn’t notice in the promotion.

A Facebook client seems to have carried the promotion to Ms Jahan’s consideration via web-based media. Because of a tweet about it by her, the Kolkata Police analyst office has dispatched an examination concerning the issue.

Kolkata Police has begun researching the issue based on Nusrat’s tweet.

Answering to the entertainer legislator’s tweet, Commissioner Sharma labeled Kolkata Police Detective Department, which answered: “Sir, We have taken a note of the issue and the equivalent is being investigated by our concerned area for vital activity. Respects.”
